Hinges

RM offers the possibility to define global and local hinges at element begin and end The input of local hinges is available in RM Modeler.

Note: The usage of hinges in RM is restricted. Certain non-linear calculations forbid to use hinges because of mathematical rules (cmp. RM Bridge manual).

If hinges are defined at segment links, this definitions will be transferred to the beams, but it is possibly to overwrite this input at the beams.
